DOMENICO IELO is specialized in administrative law and public economic law, dealing in particular with network services (electronic communications, energy, local public services), public companies, public procurement, concessions and comparative procedures in excluded contracts.
He is also active in the field of public finance and environmental law. He deals also with administrative contentious and accountability issues. In 2007 he joined the law firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, where in 2011 he became a partner. Previously, he collaborated with various Italian law firms, within the administrative law departments, and he is author of numerous publications in his area of practice.
He graduated with honors from at University of Messina in 1994. He holds a PhD in “Organization and functioning of public administration” from University La Sapienza in Rome in 2003. He was admitted to practice law since 1998.
