PAOLO GENTILI has almost ten years’ experience in investment banks, more recently at Credit Suisse International in London.
He has worked in a variety of strategic transactions for European financial institutions, in the fields of corporate finance, structured finance, non performing loans, management and optimisation of liability structures, public and private debt issuance.
He is also an expert in bank regulation, and cooperated with Assiom Forex, publishing on MREL and TLAC in the European context.
He holds a bacheor degree in business administration, and a master’s degree in finance, both cum laude from Bocconi University.
