Lorenzo Tallarigo graduated with honors in medicine in 1976 from the University of Pisa. He had a brilliant career in the American pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly International, being the President of International Operations until 2008.
In 2009 he became CEO of Genextra, a company that deals with identifying solutions and innovative researches in the life sciences industry, creating successful business models to develop new therapies and tools. To this day, Genextra has collected more than 116 billion fund and is one of the few Italian actors able to invest private capital in research and development.
