BENEDETTA SCOTTI is a PhD student in Public Policy and Public Administration at Bocconi University of Milan.
Roman, born in 1993, she holds a three-year degree in International Economics, Management and Finance from the Bocconi University and a MSc in International Economic Policy at Sciences Po Paris.
Her research interests focus on public finance and demographic dynamics.
