Description of the event:
The event “Bocconi Start-up day” will take place on the 22nd November at the Bocconi University. It is a workshop about entrepreneurship, innovation and start-ups. The aim of the event is to promote entrepreneurship and start-ups in order to enhance the different activities developed by the University in this field.
Action Institute poses a great attention to the topic of entrepreneurship and in particular, to the relation between entrepreneurship and innovation. Innovation is one of the key elements both for the economic, cultural and social growth of each country. Regarding innovation, the goal of Action Institute is to elaborate proposals that can help creating the best ecosystem for innovation, highlighting two factors: 1. Entrepreneurship – identifying mechanisms that promote and protect it; 2. Financing – creating and developing a Capital Market able to support innovation during the start-up and support firms in their growth.
Action Institute will take part in the event with Alessandro Piol, Partner and Co-Founder of Alpha Prime Ventures. Alessandro Piol has been involved in the technology industry for more than 30 years.
