Descrizione dell’evento:

Growth in Italy and Europe is gaining momentum, but will it be enough to make the EU, amidst the challenges it is called upon to meet starting with Brexit, one of the world’s locomotives of development? And what can be done to make Italy more attractive after a long period of reduced investment, which has fallen by about 25% since the outbreak of the crisis and is finally showing signs of recovery to be consolidated? These questions are the starting point for the fourth edition of the Rome Investment Forum 2017 – Financing long-term Europe, the two-day event organized by FeBAF, the Federation of Banks, Insurance and Finance and dedicated to development and investment in Europe, with the patronage of the European Commission and the European Parliament.

On 15 and 16 December, 70 speakers from institutions and the business community from Italy, the European Union, and the rest of the world will take turns in the Scuderie di Palazzo Altieri. More than 300 registered guests. Many hot topics for the financial sector and not only during the six sessions of the two days: developments of Economic and Monetary Union, Capital Markets and European Investment Plan, the comparison on the future of Europe and the more general context of governance and international leadership, but also sustainability and management of catastrophic risks, innovation.

Action Institute will attend the event. President Carlotta de Franceschi will take part in the roundtable on Friday morning, December 15, focused on policy-making issues starting at 11:15 am.
